Injection contraception is a contraceptive method that is widely used in Indonesia. The proportion of injection contraception use was 62.77%. Most acceptors of 3-month injection KB experience an increase in body weight. This is because progesterone stimulates the appetite control center in the hypothalamus, thereby influencing eating behavior. One study showed that many injecting contraceptive users stopped due to side effects such as menstrual disturbances, weight gain, headaches, and stomach discomfort. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between the use of 3-month s injection contraception and the increase in the weight of family planning acceptors at Endah Setiati, SST Independent Midwife Practice Tongas Wetan village. This study used a retrospective, using secondary data. With correlation research design with a cross sectional study approach. The population in this study was the number of acceptors of 3-month s injectable family planning at Endah Setiati, SST Independent Midwife Practice. From January to December, 90 people using the total sampling technique and statistical tests used the Chi square test. The results of this study revealed that of the 90 acceptors of the 3-month s injection, most of the acceptors used it for a long time and experienced weight gain, namely 40 people (44.4%). The results of the Chi Square statistical test obtained p-value = 0.126. Although most users feel comfortable using RME after training, there are still complaints about the system interface needing to be simplified. User attitudes were generally positive towards RME after seeing real benefits, despite initial resistance. Implementation of the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) has shown mixed results, with some units having fully transitioned to RME and others still in the transition stage.
Achmad Jaelani RusdiFendi KurniawanAmir Muhammad Rifqi

This research examines the implementation of Electronic Medical Records (RME) in the outpatient registration process at Ibnu Sina Gresik Regional Hospital. Using qualitative research methods with a case study approach, this research involved in-depth interviews and direct observation of the use of RME by medical and administrative personnel. The results show that the implementation of RME at Ibnu Sina Gresik Regional Hospital provides a number of significant benefits, such as increased operational efficiency, better diagnostic accuracy, and reduced data input errors. However, challenges such as staff adaptation to new technology and system integration remain major concerns. Continuous evaluation is needed to ensure that the full potential of RME can be utilized to improve the quality of health services and overall patient satisfaction at RSUD Ibnu Sina Gresik.
Retno Dewi PrisusantiDwi RatnasariPutri vinata Nabelah

Long queues continue to plague healthcare services, and one of the main causes of dissatisfaction is long waiting times. Patient waiting times are a significant factor in determining the quality of healthcare. Based on preliminary research at RS HASTA HUSADA Kepanjen, it appears that the implementation of outpatient services is not yet running optimally, especially for long-term outpatients. To investigate the factors contributing to long waiting times in outpatient services at RS HASTA HUSADA Kepanjen, with a particular focus on long-term outpatients, and to identify strategies for improving patient flow and reducing waiting times. This study used a descriptive type with a quantitative approach and a cross-sectional design. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The research instruments used include questionnaires, observation checklists, and time observation assessments. Data analysis was carried out using univariate analysis and bivariate analysis with chi-square test. The average patient at HASTA HUSADA HOSPITAL Kepanjen had to wait 70.18 minutes to get outpatient services, and most of the time was relatively long (more than 60 minutes). However, the level of patient satisfaction is classified as "quite satisfied". Based on the assessment of the five dimensions of service quality, patients are satisfied with the dimensions of "tangibles", "responsiveness", "assurance", and "empathy". However, in the "reliability" dimension, patients only feel "satisfied". The study showed that there was a relationship between service waiting time and patient satisfaction level at HASTA HUSADA HOSPITAL Kepanjen. This is evidenced by a p-value of 0.042 and a chi-square value of 4.135.
Retno Dewi PrisusantiFendi KurniawanMauludin Akhmad

Hallucinations are one of the most common mental health problems experienced by those with mental
disorders. The purpose of this case study is to describe the implementation of mental health nursing care for sensory perception disorders of hearing with nurse caring behavior based on Jean Watson's theory. The number of clients used is 3 people, namely clients who experience sensory perception disorders in Srigonjo village. The design of this case study is descriptive qualitative using interview techniques, observation, direct observation, and data collection using patient assessments. The nursing problem raised is sensory perception disorders of hearing. and the nursing actions given are hallucination management. Before being given the action, it was found that the three patients often heard whispering voices inviting them to talk, liked to talk to themselves, daydreamed, liked to smile to themselves, mumbled, often looked at the outside environment or did not concentrate, were uncooperative and the patients looked dirty. After the intervention was given, the patient experienced changes where eye contact was already there when spoken to, was able to concentrate, and was able to apply the rebuke techniques taught. Thus, it can be said that hallucination management with Jean Watson's theoretical approach has a good impact.
Megiwati Inka WelloYanti RosdianaSirli Mardiana Trishinta
